I have ordered a fiamma sun canopy from this company. They have taken the payment for it but I have had no contact from them confirming delivery. I have tried several times to telephone them and have tried to contact them through their web site but still no reply. This is nearly a week ago now with no reply. I would seriously consider not ordering anything from this supplier as it’s looking like they are taking money for orders and not full filling them.A concerned customer.

Communication was good. Very pleased with the Fiamma Privacy Room after erecting it as a dry run at home. Definitely worth recommendation.
