Scarlett Fireplaces

We had two fireplaces installed by the team at Scarlett recently, and I can't recommend their services enough. One wood burner and a gas fire. As we are in an older house there was the possibility of the job not being straight forward but the team managed any problems that came up with ease and experience, and have been easy to contact throughout the whole process with any questions.Their employees have a great knowledge of the stock available, and have been consistently attentive and helpful throughout the process of choosing and installing the fireplaces. I am so happy with our new fire. We should have changed our open fire to a log burner years ago. The service and fitting of the fire by Scarlett's could not have been done any better. From the discussion with them over which burner size we should have, the explanation of what they would be doing and why it was being done that way, to the removal, fitting, and making good of everything to do with our burner. Every person we dealt with was professional and answered any questions we had. Scarlett's even called us a week later to make sure we are happy with the burner and work that had been done. Overall, the whole experience was brilliant right from the start. I will be recommending Scarlett's to anyone looking to fit a new log burner. I cannot praise them enough.

I have used this company to instal new stoves in a number of properties and I wouldn’t use anybody else. The advice, installation and service are first class. I can’t believe how tidy they are, looks cleaner than when they started. As the sweeps always say, you know when the stove has been put in by Scarlett’s, it’s a proper job!
