Having found a rug we liked but which was no longer available Chris was able to source a perfect alternative which came with a great back story! He communicated with us throughout the process and delivered it to the door to try before committing to the purchase. He was easy and professional to work with and we would definitely use him in future as our 'go to' rug man! Thanks Chris we're delighted with our purchase.

We finally got the perfect rug for our lounge! I received a lovely antique Tabriz rug from Rug Addiction this week. It was delivered speedily by Chris the owner, who gave me lots of information about the rug's history and how to maintain it, as well as cutting some underlay for it. Fantastic service overall. I will be keeping an eye on the website for rugs that will suit other rooms in my house.

I am so impressed with Chris at Rug Addiction, not only for taking the time to share his knowledge and expertise, but also for advising me on how to maintain the excellent condition of my lovely antique rug and how to mount it to a wall- he even got his colleague to attach the velcro and hand delivered it to my home. Found a charming small very bright rug online, wasn’t sure it would fit the space and with something like that, prefer to see and touch the reality.Contacted Chris who was most helpful including reserving the rug for me. Met him at Home and Colonial and his enthusiasm and knowledge is infectious. Allowed me to take the rug (which I loved in the flesh) to try for size at home. It fitted and I bought. Would be our go-to retailer for antique hand-made rugs from now on.

After browsing the internet extensively for a kilim covered bench, I settled on this one - design, quality, value for money. I rang Rug Addiction to ask whether it would carry the weight of a couple of people as occasional seating and Chris very kindly discussed its specs and emailed me pics of some alternative kilims for comparison - taking a lot of time and trouble as I dithered. I stayed with this one, however, bought it on a Saturday and Chris personally delivered it on Monday. What fantastic service! And I couldn't be happier with the item - solid, well-made, fit for purpose and absolutely lovely.

I met Chris of Rug Addiction at an antiques fair where he had a pitch. He was the most helpful and engaging of the people we spoke to there and as a result we bought a beautiful 1940s silk rug. We took the rug with us and a couple of days later Chris came and installed underlay and advised on care. His products are lovely but it is his service that really sets his business apart.
