Coleshill Dental Centre

I'm not at all happy about posting this but feel this may be the only way for someone to deal with my problem. I had a crown and 6 fillings replaced in June 23. The crown lasted 3 days, and I have had pain in one of the filled teeth since then. The practice filled the crown temporarily at the start of July, since then I have phoned, been in twice, and been promised a letter explaining what they intend to do to rectify the issues. Not a peep from them. I'm disgusted that this obviously comes down to money. I paid over £1100 to have this work done, and because that dentist has since left, nobody wants to put the work right. They obviously only care about selling cosmetic dentistry!

Went for my checkup, needed a filling, receptionist gave me a date, I asked to be contacted if earlier cancellation. Ruth phoned me and gave me an earlier appointment date. Excellent. Rob, my dentist knows I’m not a brave patient. He talked me through everything he was doing, very reassuring. Filling in back tooth, sorted. Thank you to the whole team.Repairs going on to the lovely old quirky building. Good to see.

I have been coming to this dental practice for 58years. Today I had a new dentist & she was polite, professional & friendly. The reception staff especially Ruth were so helpful and polite. It’s worth me travelling to stay with this practice.

I recently visited Coleshill dental centre. I seen the new dentist Brintha. She was very friendly as well as the nurse Thamoures who was working with her. They both made me feel very welcome and comfortable while I was in their care. Reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly.

Come for a check up with my partner great service, the new receptionist ruth was great before and after updating our address, email etc, then booked our next appointments

Robin Richardson is always professional and helpful. Thoroughly recommend him. The reception team are great, especially Ruth who is wonderful with children.

Came with my family for check ups we noticed there was lots of new staff, Ruth was particularly good helping us with our paperwork, our children didn't even have mobiles or emails on their accounts meaning we couldn't do them beforehand, she seemed to take it all in her stride on her own even with a que, gold star Ruth
