Urgent Care Centre

Thank you to the staff at the Urgent Care Centre Rochdale Infirmary. My husband was in great pain when we arrived and he was seen and accessed quickly. The staff were efficient and caring and made what was a very stressful time more bearable.

Shocking, not a single member of staff to be seen, waited 30 minutes, no receptionist, no health care professionals to be seen.Ended up going to Oldham

Arrived at 6.30 am. X-rayed at 8.10. Out by 8.35.They could improve their communication on when services are open (e.g X-rays open at 8 am)Overall a fine experience if you're somewhat patient. The worst bit is the other patients groaning and splaying themselves over the chairs trying to get seen quicker.

All the staff were great, kept fully informed about care, treated with respect and valued as a person. Offered food and drink throughout the stay. Laurel was great and the doctor too - top marks!

Admitted from urgent care to CAU. The whole of the staff are a credit from porters people who deliver your meals.CAU were fantàtic nothing to much trouble and so friendly made you relax thank you everyone at the hospital for my fantastic care .

Came here as I was working in the area and suffered an injury.I was in, X rated, seen to, sorted in less than 2 hours.Can't fault that at all, and the staff were lovely!

Top class care at urgent care Rochdale Infirmary. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Couldn't fault anything. Kind, caring and very efficient. Thankyou to the night staff especially Laurel who went above and beyond. You were all amazing. My partner couldn't of been in better hands

Excellent experience today. My Father needed to be seen following surgery the previous day. From the reception staff , to the clinical staff, everyone was so kind and professional. Particular thanks to Ismail, who was so kind and reassuring.

Attended Tues 17 Oct 23 with shoulder pain booked in seen nurse who explained possible causes. sent for x ray then back to nurse for result who explained everything told to take medication and book physio appointment excellent service from all staff who I seen thank you.

I was sent by my GP witht a susspected DVT. to arrive at 9.00am. Blood pressure taken almost immediately whilst I waited for a scan. Scanned bu a friendly and caring radiographer who talked me though what was happenng on the screen. Thankfully no DVT but sent into a pleasant consulting room and blood samples taken. Al ovely doctor then came and looked at my leg and talked me through the possibility of cellulitis. Blood report came through. this seemed the proper diagnosis. I was already on antibiotics bu,t had I not been , these would have been provided. I was told to return tto the centre at any time if any problems. I cannot fault the efficiency, care,and surroundings. A huge Thank you" to all those lovely people who treated me with respect and friendly compassion. I was back home by 11.00 am. This rapid service is to be commended. Thank you all again."
