Five stars for sure - the staff were organised and very helpful. I needed to change delivery date - this was done with no problem. The delivery itself was superb - the member of staff who dropped off my order brought his own wheelbarrow and kindly wheeled the bags of logs down my garden path - thank you. The logs were great to burn last winter so we're looking forward to our first fire soon.

Communication and delivery were excellent. The delivery driver was very helpful. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that some of the logs are a bit too big, so I'll need to split them again so that they fit on our fire. Many thanks Logan's Logs

Whole process from ordering to delivery was very easy.I was informed of time slot the day before.Delivery receive on time. Weather during delivery was very wet, however the delivery was in bags and the driver was good enough to put them directly into the wood shed thus keeping them dry.Well done Logans Logs.!

Polite person at point of order, delivery prompt and friendly. We have just had our wood burner serviced & the engineer remarked on the quality of the soot - “so fine you could make a cake from that! ” He was v impressed and put it down to the quality of the logs- Thank you Logan’s Logs!

Courteous, helpful staff in office and delivery. Ordering process made simple with professional help given. Reminder of delivery date and time given day before. Delivery driver arrived to time and put himself out to ensure wood was delivered exactly where required.

I live down a very tucked away cobbled path and the Logan’s logs delivery man has always managed to find me and pack the bags of logs into the shed. The logs are seasoned, dry and consistently sized (which is important for me because I have a very small burner). They burn well and there are often good Winter deals.
