Autoroll

Not used since new owners taken over but have so far purchased and installed 6 auto roll shutters and they are great quality, extremely competitive and easy to deal with (online ordering is a joy) we cant find a lower priced competitor and cant fault the quality. Very simple to install yourself and online videos really help. Keep it up auto roll

I used these guys to supply a garage door in my old house, great product at a fantastic price. I've read the comments on the support and aftercare which is what has lead me to write this review. I had some problems with my receiver box after a few years of ownership and the support was great. When I originally purchased the door there was also lots of support and advice as I was installing myself. Would definitely use them again, and will do at my new house.

At first i was impressed by the fast delivery and communications however when my roller shutter was fitted, things just didnt add up! The roller shutter was fitted and we instantly noticed something was wrong, it has a 4/5 inch difference fron one side to the other resulting in the curtain not lifting properly ( just to add this was professionally fitted ). i took plenty of pics and sent to autoroll for review and after a few emails back and forward they have stopped returning my emails. The curtain itself is made of a very thin galv metal and i am pretty unsure how long this is going to last! I will now have to employ a local engineer to come and fix this.I will go elsewhere in future. Shame on you autoroll

I bought an Autoroll electric garage door 9 years ago and in this time I have had two small issues both related to remote control units. Both times way out of guarantee. I called Autoroll and dealt with a guy called Craig both times. He sorted me out straight away with no drama. This company have been great to deal with from the get go and I would highly recommend them to anyone.Thanks Autoroll and especially Craig.

fantastic product but dire customer support. damaged door on arrival, fobbed off for 4 weeks still no replacement. no manager to escalate to just sel, sell sell when you ring, yer we will call you back ...................Niel Williams ,,,,,,,,,not happy

I have double garage door and my father in law has a single, both supplied and fitted by this first class company. The maintainance and servicing provided by AUTOROLL is outstanding. They offer friendly advice and are extremely helpful with telephone enquiries.I cannot praise AUTOROLL enough. A first class outfit

Very happy with the two garage doors that we purchased two years ago, and so far very happy with the after sales technical support. Doors and remote controls have stopped working a couple of times with various beeps being heard from the control box. A quick phone call, and the advice and guidance has been superb. We would definitely use them again.

idiots, told me my item was sent out and wasn't received. Phoned and was assured it would arrive one time ive now had to let a client down AVOID!!
