Not only did they manage it, they managed our expectations and kept us informed throughout the whole process.George is always contactable and has made the whole process so much easier to deal with than we anticipated.When a couple of hiccups arose george was quick to inform us but also had the resolution ready too.We have had a complete new kitchen, new bathroom and altered our upstairs to incorporate a new WC.Trades used and organised and managed by George have included: building control, structural engineer, builder, joiner, plumber, electrician, kitchen maker, decorator and cleaner!We are absolutely thrilled with our renovation and would highly recommend Emsley Property to manage your project!

I started working with george at the beginning of April where since then I’ve completed 3 different property renovations along side his project management. George is great to work with and is always available should a problem arise where he is also quick to react with the best possible solution. George Emsley provided an excellent service. I had great difficulty in finding a builder to even return my calls, never mind give me a quote to build a wall and patio. I paid George to get quotes, find builders and manage the job for me. As someone with a full time job myself, this was invaluable. He was professional, courteous and always responded, taking the stress out of the whole process. All the work was completed quickly and efficiently and I am delighted with all of it. I had wondered if I could afford to pay someone to manage the job but I can honestly say, he was worth every penny.
