Highly recommend. Been using Alex’s services for years for my back and other muscular problems. I was diagnosed with herniated discs on my lower back and neck about 10 years ago. I don’t think I would have survived and been able to continue with my day to day with other fitness goals, especially running, all these years without Alex. I’ve also recommended Alex to many of my friends and he’s managed to sort them out too - all of them have highly rated his services!
