We used the service of Owen IT to bring our IT systems up to date - mostly the implementation of Office 365 and to migrate all of our inboxes, calendars and One Drive files.Owen IT have been exceptional every step of the way, and we could not have asked for a more thorough or helpful team. We have been looking to get our IT affairs in order for a while now, as we had multiple accounts on old very shaky platforms that were letting us down on a regular basis. After a really straight forward conversation with Jason it was clear that their simplified structures would be ideal for us.Our old emails were successfully migrated over, and we are both absolutely thrilled to be setup on the Microsoft platform as it is so much more user friendly than the old offering. The support we had from the team during the migration and setup was superb, as we had a couple of issues to address, but nothing was too much trouble.We can relax now knowing our IT is completely covered and that there is always a helpful person on the end of the phone if something goes awry.Thank you, Jason and team, for making this daunting process so straight forward and hassle free! Next step is getting the hardware sorted.

Great service - Owen IT have done my company IT security and my email hosting for some time and are always brilliant with any explanations needed and issues arising. When I needed a new work laptop recently they suggested a short list for me, sourced my choice of them, and set up the whole thing - excellent. I had a recent issue with file downloads and saving, which Sam got right on to and fixed within half a day - my fault, as usual, but I know how to avoid it in the future. Excellent, as usual from them.

Small business protect package.As a small charity we do not have an IT manager to manage any issues we may get with devices.Having spoken to Jason about the Business protect package he supplies it seemed like a cost-effective plan that provided great service.A few weeks ago, I noticed my Mac book was running really slowly and the spinning wheel of doom was there more often than it was not, meaning that even writing a simple email was time consuming. I contacted Jason and he took the laptop away for a short while, when it was returned to me it was like a brand-new machine. It works quickly and I have yet to see the spinning wheel of doom!The Mac is a good few years old and getting to the stage where it will need replacing sooner or later, but thanks to Jason and his team I will not be rushing out to replace it just yet as it actually runs like a new machine again. Obviously this is great news for the Charity.I have had a few issues with software and Jason’s knowledgeable team always respond quickly and deal with the issues for me remotely.Should the Mac start misbehaving again! As a client of the Owen IT Small Business Protect scheme I would like to share my experience. Having the piece of mind that there is a team monitoring my systems for safety and also having someone at the end of the phone for my IT questions is invaluable. In our line of work we deal with many sensitive issues and have a huge amount of emails daily. I fully recommend Jason and his Owen IT team. No business should be without this service.

At the end of 2020 I migrated over to Office 365 and invested in Small Business Protect. Quite possibly the best IT decision I have ever made. My lap top has been temperamental and quite slow for years and at the time I moved over it was getting worse and started crashing and then talking hours and hours to sort itself out – not useful when running a business from it. I contacted the help line, Louis was absolutely fabulous at exploring all the possible issues and kept me informed regularly, we tried everything.Eventually Jason suggested a new hard drive as mine was an old one with moving parts. Wow, what a transformation, a quick trip to Bristol, a slick migration of all my data and it is now like having a new laptop. I hadn’t realised quite how bad it was!I can’t recommend Jason and the team highly enough, they are responsive, have excellent communication and leave no stone unturned. Thank you for saving my bank balance from investing in a new laptop that wasn't needed!
