Went to use a photo printer and both had faults not able to get

Consistently 5 star in this store. The staff are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.If you are tempted to go for cheaper options I would advise against. This branch is just great. Customer service is 100%.

The staff in the shop are so lovely but I actually get riddled with anxiety when I have to go in to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy! As soon as you walk up to the counter you are met with rudeness. I have left off leaving a review for years now because I know how busy they all are and understand the pressures the team must be under but the service us awful every single time I go in there now - and its not just me. I see the staff talking to everyone with the same level of disdain. Elderly people, people in pain, people who are unwell and scared and upset. People who are just looking for a bit of support and kindness.I understand there are pressures on the service at the moment but it is not your customers fault.Perhaps if you were to receive the customer in a polite and friendly manner, they will respond in kind.It's so sad because the service here used to be great.As someone who works in complaints myself, I hate leaving reviews like this but someone really needs to take note of the service the pharmacy customers are and have been receiving for months now

Didn't have the product we were after, seems they only stock certain products at any branch.Had to travel a significant distance, to another branch, or order online... With a delivery cost of £3.75.

All staff very nice. Well stocked shop

Staff are always kind and helpful. Always go above and beyond to help. Staff are always smiling and positive. Great customer service. Always get my prescription ready in a good amount of time and text me when it is ready. Great communication. Staff are efficient and very person centered.

When the phone rings 40+ times you know no ones coming! Useless

It's what you would expect of a small Boots store. They manage to cram a wide range of products into a small space but it is not a always easy to find things. Few staff but they are friendly and helpful. Not all products are competitively priced but occasionally there is something much cheaper than the price charged by the supermarkets.
