Great experience at the opticians. Shannon, who conducted my tests, was very friendly and professional. Natacha was also very friendly and professional, and she sorted out my new glasses order for me. I'm glad these are my regular opticians.

I was delighted with the service I received today. The optician Ms Rita Arojie was patient, friendly and efficient. The two ladies on the counter and machine test were also attentive, kind and efficient. Altogether a very professional caring experience. Thank you ladies.

Level of service okay but I wanted to keep my old frames and have them re glazed. I was told the price for this is a whopping £80 which is the same price as purchasing a new pair of glasses and frames? The glasses come in a very cheap pouch, not a sturdy case anymore. I understand the last couple of years have been touch for every business but a little integrity goes a long way. I will be looking at using a different opticians in a couple of years time.

Received my glasses and they were scratched so i told the staff member straightaway and she accused me of scratching them when she gave them to me. Very rude. They also charged me twice by mistaken and i had to wait two weeks before getting the refund. Did not purchase glasses from them. Would recommend to go to specsavers instead.

They never phoned to tell us that the glasses were ready for collection. We phoned several times but nobody answered. The staff and optician were very helpful and kind though - they were good mannered.

Absolutely rude staff at this branch. Need glasses for my child who is under 2 as he was born premature. Went a month ago and decided on the glasses we want. Was told by branch the glasses would be in-store the following week and to come in then. Went in yesterday and a staff member named Hamza started talking to me across the room and asked me what I want. I explained the situation and he said I need an appointment. I tried to explain I have been waiting a month for these glasses for my child and now I am being told I need to make another appointment but he kept interrupting me and rolling his eyes. After I stood my ground he eventually checked the system and realised that no follow up has been made on ordering the glasses. Absolutely rude customer service and arrogant staff. Would not recommend.

My little one had his glasses broken at school, and quite frankly I was having a really bad day. I dealt with Natasha who was very keen on giving me all the infos I needed and went out of her way to help me as she saw I was really distressed.She was incredibly patient and understanding while doing all she can to find not 1 but 2 appointements for my children.Her compassion and the time she spent on my case got me through the day. You don't get this professional care and empathy everywhere. Thank you Natasha for your dedication to customers and for being in my corner despite having a busy day :).As well thanks to all your team for their kindness and professional attitude.

They don't want to work. I went to order glasses after try, the lady said you need an appointment to try and order glasses. No one else there at that time. Unbelievable.

Natasha was as allways a pleasure to deal with and the service was outstanding , tho why these lovely ladies are made to work in the cold conditions like they are is beyond belief, having to wear coats and gloves to keep warm. You couldn’t make it up.A 5 star service
