Awful shop. They use cheap and nasty parts and charge you a fortune. Phone screen replaced, only for the phone to be completely unusable less than two weeks later. Awful customer service. Shop owner did not want to help at all. Don't go here if you want to spend money on actually fixing your device to a high quality.

Phoned and asked about replacement iPhone 5s as a phone I bought of eBay had a screen that kept playing up. The store identified that the phone had a cheap non apple screen on it. Replaced it with a genuine apple screen. The phone runs beautifully even if I don't like iphones.Sadly the guy I bought it of has blocked me on fb but I know where he lives. Not how to do businesses.All I can say is I was there less than 20 mins and had a good chat.Shame that negative feedback been left for things beyond there control. I have used Trade in several times and on each occasion I have received great service and support. Mostly for screens being fixed on iPhones but more technical issues as well. Great little shop!

Amazing customer service- I dropped my iphone twice in 1 week and they repaired both times- fitting a new screen each time in under an hour and were very reasonably priced, cheapest around. Thanks guys .

Always helpful. Been in a few times for repairs. If the owner thinks it will cost too much to repair he will point you towards a better alternative fix online.
