I had my first ever Hijama with Haroon who was very calm and informative as he explained the process and benefits. The customer services was great and friendly. He provided very detailed instructions on how to find them and to avoid eating before etc... The place was very clean and hygienic. I didn’t expect a lot but I have to admit I was nicely surprised that the pain on my left shoulder has reduced a lot, nearly disappeared within the first treatment so I will definitely be back soon and would recommend it to my friend. I did my first wet cupping (hijama) with Haroon, and I believe it's the best service I could get in BirminghamHe explained to me every detail about the therapy process, and kept explaining the necessary steps along the session. I travelled from Nottingham to get there as i rather get the Hijama done a clinic rather than someones house. The clinic was easy to find and has parking outside the building. Haroon was profession about his duty and full explained the process. It was not painful just felt like getting pinched and less painful than getting an injection. HIghly recommended and inshallah definitely going back and will tell others.

Sana was so lovely and she made me feel so comfortable, she would always start with bismillah which made me so calm and also allowed me to pray when I was done- we had a lovely conversation and she made the cupping very peaceful for me with so much advice. An excellent experience, the customer service was great! From the get go the process was really smooth in terms of booking my appointment. Haroon was really informative throughout the whole session and explained the benefits of cupping. Throughout the session he made sure I was okay. The facility is very welcoming and clean. Very good treatment, had hijama around the shoulder to alleviate some pain from a rotator cuff issue. Excellent care, I would highly recommend. Practitioner was very knowledgeable and professional.
