Wren Kitchens

When they did my kitchen, I had a really bad experience. They designed one thing but installed something completely different. I hired them for the installation, thinking it would be nice, but they completely ruined my design. Despite communicating with them many times, they didn't bother to address the issues. I am extremely unhappy with the outcome, especially considering the significant amount of money I spent on their services, which turned out to be a complete waste.

We had read reviews and also saw videos on YouTube about Wren Kitchens and how good the customer service was. Today we experienced first hand just how good the service actually was. We spent about 3.5 hours there and Ashraf (Beckton Branch) was superb. He answered every single question and query that we had and if he was unsure he went and asked his colleagues. He showed us different displays and configurations so that we could grasp a better understanding of what would and wouldn't work in our kitchen. Ashraf gave us really good advice and we left with a lovely design and with lots of things we hadn't previously considered. The store was really clean and easy to manoeuvre around and look at everything up close from the handles, worktops, cupboard sizes and appliances. Ashraf gave superb customer service, advice and design tips and I would highly recommend that if you are looking for a new kitchen then look no further.

I met with Ashraful Alum at Beckton who designed my kitchen perfectly to all our specifications. Gave me and my husband the time go through each step of the process from beginning to end. Excellent customer service and made the process so easy. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. I would like to thank Ashraful for his exceptional customer service.

I booked an appointment online which was allocated to Beckton by their own online team. I received a call for Beckton trying to offload our booking to another store which was slightly closer which I refused as our appointment had been booked for weeks. One hour before our appointment I received a call from the store saying the surveyor couldn't make the appointment due a road closure and we needed to rebook. When I explained that we had already received a call during the week to offload our booking and I was confused because there were other routes to get to our property, I also said that I suspected they just could not be bothered with our business as it was slightly further for them to come to our property. The store came back and said he could make it but it they may be delayed. I told them not to bother, if they really did not want our business then they do not deserve our money and I would go to a competitor. They readily accepted and cancelled, my suspicions were right.

To start with I wanted to say from day 1 when we first set up the appointment to the very end when our kitchen was completed our designer Ibrahim helped me and husband reach our dream kitchen. The patience and professionalism was beyond expectations, he went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more happier. I recommend everyone to see him and the beckton team for top quality service.

We cannot be more pleased with our experience at Wren. Blessed with a very experienced designer Gary at Beckton, who knew everything there was about designing kitchens from start to finish. Keeping in mind all our wishes, budgets and constant change of mind! He gave amazing suggestions that we had not considered and was absolutely amazing in getting the kitchen to us in a timely manner! (We had a deadline!). I cannot recommend Gary enough at Wren if you want your dream kitchen!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!I am writing this review in relation to a new kitchen install at my property. I attended Wrens kitchen in Beckton to enquire and get a quotation for a new kitchen installation at my property, a member of the team took measurements of my kitchen and a installation plan/schematics/Measurements was produced and I was happy with the virtual plan and paid a deposit of £1360.95 with a total price of £13,589.55.The first attendance of the installer/builder (Insert name) who Is part of the Wren’s Kitchen install team visited our property and upon looking at the schematics/measurements of Wrens’s Kitchen, the individual started causing a fuss and trying to insert im his authority about the measurements/Specifications are not correct and there must be some sort of confusion between the Wrens’s kitchen designer and the installer.I have visited Wren’s Kitchen in Beckton numerous times to try and resolve these speciations issues and came to some sort of resolution.I was notified that a delivery of the kitchen appliances (Cuboards/drawers) will be arriving at my property on Tuesday 29th August 2023 and the kitchen installer (Wren kitchen do not want to provide which is very unprofessional) will be arriving at 11:00am.The kitchen appliances arrived at 10:00am but we did not get any attendance of the kitchen installer until the late afternoon.At approximately 14:30pm the kitchen installer (Wren kitchen do not want to provide which is very unprofessional) arrived at my property and mentioned no work will be performed until a parking permit has been issued on his work van.My husband who greeted and had interaction with the kitchen installer called for my daughter to come downstairs and sort out the parking permit.My daughter told (Wren kitchen do not want to provide which is very unprofessional) that we have currently used all our parking permits and is currently on the phone to Newham council to try get a renewal for more parking permits so she can issue it to (Wren kitchen do not want to provide which is very unprofessional) work van.My daughter showed (Wren kitchen do not want to provide which is very unprofessional) her phone that she was on the phone to Newham council in which the (Wren kitchen do not want to provide which is very unprofessional) became aggravated and aggressive and shouted “I can’t work without permit on my van” and then proceeded to pick up his tools and walked out with his colleague/Apprentice.When the kitchen installer (Wren kitchen do not want to provide which is very unprofessional) was outside of the property, he mentioned he will call Head officer, packed his tools away and left with his colleague/apprentice.I was currently at work when my husband and daughter along with the rest of my grandchildren had to witness this incident. My daughter called me and explained the entire situation.I called Wren’s Kitchen in Beckton to explain the situation and the experience my family had just been through with the Kitchen Installer who was accompanied with his apprentice.I had a discussion with Wren’s Kitchen Beckton’s colleague in which they said Head office will be in touch.Upon speaking to Head office, I explained that we did not want to have the same kitchen installer (Wren kitchen do not want to provide which is very unprofessional).I would not recommend to any friends or family members.

Super pleased with the results. The staff are amazing. Big shout out to Ash. Great designer & after care.
