The joy of dealing with a company that knows what it's doing and cares. Moved over form ADT and never looked back. Great service and they respond quickly no fuss. Fitted my first alarm back in 1990 and some of the same folk are there!

My house alarm developed a fault that caused it to go off, re-set itself, and then go off again. I called R Security who arranged for a engineer to call that morning. The engineer called and spent a short amount of time testing the system before explaining, in layman’s terms, the problem and the options I had. Cant fault the service. Extremely professional and would certainly recommend.

Professional service from start to finish. Full check on home before providing quotes. Installation completed & everything explained in detail, would definitely recommend them.

My alarm went off and wouldn't stop. I called R Security and although I don't have a contract with them, they sent an engineer out the same morning. He was great and identified the problem quickly and reset the system. It was a big relief because I had already had a visit from a neighbour.He even replaced the fuse to my central heating boiler because with all the electrical switching, it had blown.Highly recommended
