Absolutely disgraceful, why do the staff enter this sort of industry when they have no interest in helping. Despite being in tears and advised by 111 to travel to the pharmacy was greeted with ignorance on levels that I didn't know existed. How people could treat another human being in need with such distain in beyond me. Every single one of them should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Vile

The pharmacy staff are unhelpful and thoughtless. I was told it would be an hour's wait for my medicine (which I accept because they were busy) and that they had my number and would call if there was an issue. I returned after an hour and they informed me that the medicine was out of stock and should be in tomorrow (today now). I have been calling them for the past 3 hours trying to get through to confirm whether my medicine has arrived yet. Terrible service would not recommend to anyone.

How disgusted I am today after visiting Boots Morfa Swansea. My elderly mother told me this a.m. she had run out of some of her medication (which is normally kept on top of). I visited Boots to request an emergency supply until I sort it out at surgery, only to be told, because my mother didn't use the pharmacy on a regular basis they wouldn't do it!! DISGUSTING!!! Boots, you call yourselves CARING?? SHAME ON YOU!!!! Won't be using you again!!!

They are expensive unless you have offers. There was two hour wait to pick up a prescription, though TBF we were able to collect from the outside kiosk.

The pharmacy in this Boots is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Numerous times I've been stood by the till waiting to be served, and despite there being 3 or 4 staff that have seen me, they just carry on and don't even acknowledge me. Never even an apology for keeping you waiting for 15-20 minutes. Never again will I bother with this place.

The pharmacy doesn't seem fit for purpose. I have been the only person waiting for my repeat prescription & had to wait to be seen for 15mins. When finally seen my script hadn't even been put together or checked & signed off by the pharmacist. People wait in extremely long queues just to hand their scripts in & then are told that am it will only be ready after 2 pm & pm it will only be ready after 2 hours. I do mine online & have to wait one to two weeks. Hence I have been left without meds. The latest being for over a week. Really poorly run & managed.

I had a make up match here today. The lady was so lovely and helpful. I bought a few of the items she advised to purchase. Can't wait to test these out . The face cream I have been using is doing nothing for my skin so hoping the no 7 capsules will work. Highly recommend the foundation match here. Really helpful and lots of advise given

The staff member at the cosmetic department was extremely unhelpful, and cosmetic displays were very disordered. However, the checkout operator was much more helpful. I am disappointed with the Boots experience as I have come all the way from New Zealand and was expecting Boots to live up to its excellent reputation.
