Paula and her team supplied us with an excellent Toshiba printer/scanner. Their product knowledge and cost effective advice was superb and we are very pleased with our purchase. After sales service is faultless (but has only been needed once!) and the new cartridges arrive within 24 hours of order. We would highly reccomend Prolific Solutions to SME's and large corporate companies.

As a small business you don't always know if you should just go for a standard desktop printer or not, But with Prolific they give you great advice and reliable service that I'm now not buying ink all the time and spending £50 plus a month on printing. Now spending under £5 a month but have never been made to feel like I'm a too smaller customer! Will always highly recommend!!

My company engaged with Prolific, over our total company print needs. Having bought and owned all our print equipment before, we were dubious over leasing. However, when Paula ran through the figures we were paying for mediocre hardware and sundries, we were amazed at the cost saving and quality improvement. Paula has been great from the start, we had problems with our previous photocopier company and lack of service but Paula and her team were able to allay any concerns that we had with regards to entering a new contract with Prolific. Paula was refreshingly honest, straight forward and a joy to deal with. If you want great service locally or otherwise I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone better.

We needed to update our printer in the office so contacted Prolific Solutions for help. Paula came to our offices to go through what we needed and helped us choose which printer would suit our needs best. Once we have choosen she then arranged for it to be installed at our convenience, made sure all the office staff received the training on how to use it. The next day our old machines were collected so we were never without a working printer. We received clear communication through out the whole process.
