Barefoot Studio

I heartily recommend Barefoot Studio. The team of Pilates and Nordic Walking instructors are awesome. It's also home to the most fantastic Osteopath. Pilates has certainly changed my life and there is no better place to work-out than here. Friendly atmosphere, great kit shop and a lovely log burner to relax by in between classes.

few weeks ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience so far. I had never done Pilates before joining, still getting use to the moves but that's half the fun and challenge. Pilates is hard work but definitely worth the effort. After 4 sessions, I can feel the difference to my stomach and leg muscles specifically. The teachers are skilled, upbeat and fun. The studio is clean, modern and inviting. A great Pilates community. I always look forward to the next class.
