Brierley Hill Health & Social Care Centre

I have used this Health Centre a number of times for a number of different services. There are so many services available here. The car park is at the rear with a disabled entrance in the front and the back of the building. There is a pharmacy and a cafe. The centre is exceptionally clean, there are a number of floors with lifts and stairs available, the lifts have a folding chair inside which is helpful. The staff are helpful. Even though there are so many different services here it never seems to be crowded or busy. All of the different departments and floors are labelled clearly. I would reccomend this centre to anyone who needs it.

I had a doctor's appointment there this evening as my own doctors couldn't fit me in. I saw a lovely doctor and was given appropriate treatment. I feel so grateful, thank you.

Excellent friendly service and care. It is well signposted and there are staff available to talk to. Access for the disabled is first class and there is even a small cafe that serves good quality food and drink.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! The Staff are RUDE! no one answers the phones!! 5 members of staff Told us they were closed at 3:40!! They need serious training on customer care!

From the consultation phone call i had an appointment within 5 days, the two women i had for the appointment were lovely and comforting making me more relaxed. They spoke me through the whole thing and what was happening whilst also making conversation about general stuff to take my mind off it. I did faint after as i was about to leave but straight away 4-5 nurses came and helped me straight away, so lovely weren't rude about it or make me feel embarrassed, constantly taking my blood pressure to make sure i was capable of leaving but didn’t feel like i was being rushed out and also gave me things to help my blood sugars higher. Extremely good first experience and will be recommending and continue attending.

It's great once you get in but they need to have a hell of a lot more parking for visitors and a proper manned reception.

Don't try to get through to this place on the phone, I don't understand why they even have a phone line when it never gets answered, 5 times I've rang in the last 10mins and not got an answer, it ridiculous

84yr old with the same dressing on 4 days after absess burst,phoned surgery said they would send someone never did she then phoned district nurse who came same day,she couldn't believe it had been left so long. Receptionist and doctors need to get there act together

I go to physio here and the lady I see is brilliant I needed to speak to her today or at least someone to tell me my nxt appointment time as after I left her I went shopping and my purse was stolen with appointment card inside it I’ve been phoning the number it says but it keeps saying phone between 8-30 and 5-30 closing it’s now 3-35 so why no one answering it’s ridiculous will try again later if not bang on 8-30
