Both myself and my partner were in the market for an Apple laptop. We contacted John at Mad Macs and discussed with him the requirements we both needed for the type of work the laptop was to be used for.John was extremely helpful and replied via email with a list of different Specifications/costs etc that would suit us both. Once our machines were ready, John delivered them to us personally and spent time explaining the basic operation, a quick heads-up to get us started.Would highly recommend Mad Macs and will use again when ready for an upgrade.

John was so helpful and accommodating with an initial phone call. He talked me through some things to do before deciding if a trip was needed. I then contacted him with an update and we concluded the issue was a dead battery, which needed to be ordered.Although this saved me a long trip, I was so pleased with the help and kindness John was able to provide just over the phone I wanted to leave a great review. Would def recommend to others and would use myself again. Thank you

Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I went for a new screen on a MBPro, and ended up getting the battery replaced in my MB Air too. I hadn’t appreciated in was so cost effective to do.Good prices too.

My daughter's Macbook developed a problem where the screen would not come on. John quickly diagnosed the problem and restored the machine to a working condition. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent quick, efficient, friendly service from John. He provided clear quotations for the work necessary to bring my MacBook Air back to life Plus a follow-up to make sure the issue was completely fixed. Hopefully I won't have to, but I would certainly go back to MadMacs with any future Apple problems.

Mad Macs is excellent - John replaced my macbook battery and speakers. The service was excellent, very fast and at a great price. Communication from start to finish was superb. I wholeheartedly recommend Mad Macs to anyone who needs a repair on their mac.

Mad Macs were great and easy to deal with.My 10 year old MacBook is now running like new, screen replacement carried out as old one failed 5* job at a great price.John has just completed another great refurbishment for me, breathed a few more years into my old Mac Mini - highly recommend Mad Macs.

I woke up to my phone being completely dead ….. as dodo. No life in it at all. Called my provider who offered no more help than go to an Apple Store and take my chances. I called John who talked me through possible solutions. Seemingly my phone had gone into a “coma” and John calmly diagnosed and sorted it. What a star this man is. 5* review and would use no one else - ever

John is a kind and professional man and I was very happy to leave him my computer to repair. He was quick to respond with an honest appraisal of my old mac mini. It is very useful that you can park right outside his workplace so don't have to carry macines far. Excellent service and I would have no hesitation to use his services again. Thank you John.
