Great food from Spoonhead Nutrition,always very tasty & a great variety of meals,so you never get bored with the same meals

Just started these so onto day 3 of the meals which me and the other half are having for lunch and dinner. they’re amazing! Really tasty and surprisingly filling. The guys are lovely, they will ring before delivering to check you’re home - great service. I’m really impressed so far! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service and top quality meals, the delivery days are perfect for planning ahead and keeping you stocked up on your meals. Great variety of meals each delivery which makes life a lot easier for when your trying to stay healthy. 10/10Also fantastic value for money.

Best meal prep I know of in the area, fantastic prices and flexible on working with people for delivery. Oh yeah, the food is really tasty and has great variety as well! Highly recommend giving them a try.

Really enjoying the convenience of these nutritionally balanced meals . I be been using company for past 2 months and variety is good I’ve only had one or two options in that entire time that I haven’t really enjoyed , they were not bad just not as nice as others. At around 400 calories a meal I worried they wouldn’t be filling but haven’t found that to be the case. As a shift worker the fact they’ll delivery to either home or work is really helpful.

I have been getting these meals for several weeks now to help with losing weight for my medical its been a god send,can track all my calories in 4 weeks gone from 110kg to 103kg and to top it off they taste great hats off to the chef.

Great food, great service, great price!It has to be the most convenient way to keep a well balanced diet. Anyone looking to lose weight, these really couldn't be any better!

I have been using Spoonhead head for over 2 years now and I must say you can’t fault them. Every meal I have had has been amazing! The staff are amazing too and will go out there way to make sure you get your delivery on the drop days.The meals are all well balanced especially for dieting purposes and tracking a calorie intake diet. We are a large family and too be honest with work commitments I find it a lot easier and cost effective to buy a large plan and me and my wife share it, perfect!I have tried similar companies in the past but Spoonhead are far the better than the rest in Newcastle area.Big thanks guys and keep them coming!Steven

My favourite go to prep meal / food service!I have used Spoonhead Nutrition numerous times and always loved their meals. You receive 2 deliveries - one on a Sunday and a Wednesday. Each delivery consists of 6 meals, meaning you have lunch and dinner prep for 6 days of the week all fresh!Their Instagram page is regularly updated with their new weekly meal menu, which changes regularly, meaning there’s a variety of choice each week. They also allow you to order super last minute (9pm Friday, ready for the first delivery on Sunday).You can also opt to collect your meals on the Sunday & Wednesday, which I believe needs to be done before 10am if you do.Highly recommend!

I live in Canada and have a dear friend in Newcastle upon Tyne who is recovering from an illness. I wanted to do something to help lighten the load of recovery and reached out to the guys at Spoonhead to arrange for a weeks worth of meals to be delivered to my friend. They were exceptionally helpful, answering my questions and made it happen despite me slightly missing the deadline due to the time zone difference.
