I've been with Noble and Peacock for 6 months after changing from another local one. The service has always been excellent. Recently I had to purchase dressings for a family member after they had surgery that had gone wrong and wouldn't initially allow me to take them to A&E. The lady on reception advised me and asked the Pharmacist if there was anything further we needed to be doing. Their advice stopped the wound getting infected and stopped any further blood loss, effectively saving my family members life. I will be eternally grateful.

Called in today to collect a prescription and just happened to say I would be in tomorrow to collect my other prescription. The lady looked up on the system found it had been sent over and asked the pharmacist if they could make it up for me. Well done. Saved me a journey

I don't know what's happened to this little pharmacy. I went in today with a prescription, then was left standing like a lemon for 5 minutes while the staff totally ignored me. Two other lost souls were also waiting for some sort of service. So I left and will now go to Boots. This used to be a helpful, happy little business, so what's happened? If I could, I'd give nul points for rubbish customer service today. A little politeness and courtesy goes a long way. I've just put the kettle on to help lower the blood pressure.

The most helpful staff, everyone there will go above and beyond to help. And the pharmacist never keeps me waiting any longer than 5 minutes for my prescription. And more often than not, has it waiting for me. Thankyou Noble and Peacock, keep up the good work.

Beware ! Advertise one price then charge double and conveniently receipt not available . Avoid this chemist ! Maybe rip off Britain should pay a visit !
