I went to a tutored tasting of their charcuterie today at the Willow house in Watton. We had an excellent talk and tasted the products. They are superb and 100% recommended. Made with real care and love. Long may they flourish!

Jackie and Sarah make the best charcuterie we have ever tasted. We love their huge variety of products and in particular the fennel salami and also the Rosemary salami. Wine and charcuterie make for a perfect combination! Bridget and John

well, as stated before i had a great day came away with loads of enthusiasm - salami- bacon- sausages - and most of all knowledge of charcuterie Fantastic. since completing the very well organized day i have produced my own sausages(i will say not a patch on the ones we made on the course) but i will try another recipe. my own bacon should be started this week and beef jerky Awesome!Once again thank you for a great day

I recently attended the fantastic course they run and I can honestly say it is one of the best things I have done in a long time. What was also particularly interesting was to understand the decisions made relating to the quality of their own product. Brilliant people with a real passion for what they do. Due to my job, I have eaten a lot of charcuterie in my life, and I feel compelled to leave a review to highlight the absolute mastery of the Marsh Pig team. Their Fennel Salami and Chorizo are the best I have ever eaten by a country mile. Please never stop doing what you are doing and never change the method by which you achieve these amazing results! My next order will be placed soon.

Marsh Pig Charcuterie
My husband and I went on the Marsh Pig Charcuterie workshop and had an absolutely fantastic experience. Jax and Sarah were so professional, knowledgeable and fun to listen to. The course was very hands on and because we were a small group of 8, we got lots of one-to-one time with our hosts. We made bacon, salami and sausages ourselves and were also taught jerky, bilton, panchetta, hot and cold smoking all in one day. It was a unique and memorable experience and I wold highly recommend it.

Spent a day doing the smoking and curing course last Sat at Marsh Pig with my son in law.What a wonderful day! Jackie and Sarah not only taught us so much, but put on wonderful food and wine as well. We absolutely loved it and the sausages were delicious and the salamis are curing nicely. I am so inspired I can't wait to do my own. Highly recommend
