We enjoyed our three night stay with great hospitality from Jeremy and Jill. The rooms were lovely as were the gardens and ponds. The breakfasts were amazing. Thanks again. We will be back if ever in the area again!

The owner Jill and her son Jeremy were so lovely and accommodating. The bnb is in a fantastic location and is close enough to St Ives to walk/quick drive but far enough away to avoid all the noise and tourists. The grounds around the house are very picturesque and if you have a spare couple hours it’s nice to walk around and explore. The breakfast was really tasty and there’s a lot of options and the rooms were very cosy and pretty. Overall a really nice stay and I’d highly recommend!

Lovely B and B with beautiful farm garden. Very friendly hosts Jill and Jeremy. Delicious fresh breakfast. Very close and scenic drive to st Ives. Highly recommend and will visit soon.

Such a lovely b&b close to St ives lovely big room we shared the bathroom. Breakfast wad amazing strted of wt fresh fruit and a cooked breakfast. Our host cdnt do enough for us we received a warm welcome on arriving and we highly recommend this b&b to anyone wishing to stay near St ives

Thank you Jill, for the lovely stay. Your House and Garden is very beautiful and the furniture ist very cosy. We had an amazing beautiful walk by Footpathes to St. Ives. We slept well and quiet in your Natural Landscape. Your Breakfast in the Morning was familar.I recommend you warmly and i will come back.

Great place to stay. Jeremy is a really friendly chap who can give great advice on places to go, see and eat!Sweetwater Farm is a bit out of the way, but TBH that is what makes it so nice. It's away from the hustle and bustle of towns and the only noise is from the odd sheep. It's a quick 3 minute drive to two pubs, or a 10 minute drive to St. Ives.We stayed for 3 nights in a quiet room. The room doesn't have an ensuite bathroom, but you share a bathroom with another room (there are only 3 rooms in the B&B). We never had a problem with this and I think as long as your a good citizen then you won't either.The breakfast was great, fruit (melon or fresh fruit salad), with orange juice, coffee/tea and full English Breakfast. The quality was good and there was plenty to eat. If you would prefer cereal you only have to ask.All in all, I would stay here again, I can't really find any faults except for it being a bit out of the way, and I kind of like that.

Lovely setting and great cosy farm house, breakfast was superb and Jill and Jeremy are friendly hosts,great knowledge of area etc also.The rooms my family used ...the ensuite double and twin are tastefully decorated and comfortable, bath in both rooms are fantastic for relaxing after long days out .Can't wait to stay as again.Thanks Jill and Jeremy for a great week

Jill is very sweet and kind. She kept me a very filling meal for my train journey. The house is very beautiful and clean. The cat is adorable. It was a short stay but a very nice one. It was a very comfortable stay!!!
