Home Instead Home Care & Live-in Care Taunton & West Somerset

I've been working for Home Instead for more nearly 4 months now. I wasn't confident at first having never been an employed carer before, but the whole team has been so supportive that I've been able to settle in very easily.I love that on my visits I nearly always find I have enough time to give clients more than just basic help and attention.If I had relatives in need of care I would definitely trust Home Instead carers to provide it!!!

Excellent company . It is expensive however as the saying goes you get what you pay for .my mum wouldn’t be without her carers from here

Friendly helpful caregivers who work hard. It's excellent that there is a minimum of 1 hour per visit so no rush and they don't wear uniforms which is much more personal. There is quite a lot of churn in the office staff but they are all very helpful and Home Instead are very accommodating and flexible in requests. Probably the most useful aspect about this company is the wide variety of things they can do for your relative - not just personal care but cleaning or shopping or cooking or helping with the rubbish or taking your relative to appointments. Home instead in Taunton also use an app which relatives can put on their phone and they get daily updates from carers. This is brilliant if you live some distance away.Thank you Home Instead, you have made the last couple of years much easier.

All clients are looked after in an amazing way with a fantastic group of CAREGivers. I worked for Home Instead and I absolutely loved it. The rapport that I built with my clients was wonderful. Everyone in the office are really helpful and supportive.
