My cat is newly diagnosed with diabetes and hyperthyroid. It has been quite stressful getting her medication right and she has been quite unwell a couple of times while we figure it out. All of the staff at Risedale Road have been really amazing, always easy to get hold of and helpful on the phone, they can always fit us in and are really friendly and reassuring. I felt like they really understood my cat as soon as we went in too and have been great to work with in getting our treatment plan together. Definitely recommend this practice.

Medivet was recommended to me by friends and i was not disappointed. All their staff were friendly and professional. They took their time with my puppy to make sure she was comfortable before doing any checks or vaccinations. Their healthcare plan is affordable and very beneficial to any pet owner.
