Super cozy pub, really friendly service and great beers on tap (incl. Leffe and Guinness)! Location is also great on a nice quiet street.

Best pub in London. Bar maids are top drawer, we have Dua Lipa and Tomb Riader who are great hosts. They deserve a pay rise!!!!

Nice tucked away pub. No cask ale available on visit. The rest of the lines were keg and a good range available. Small space inside. Liked it.

Popped in for a couple of drinks and some food and what an underrated gem! Friendly and helpful staff, great atmosphere and a good selection of drinks. Food was top notch! Would totally recommend the Chilli Chilli Raclette chips and the beef empanadas.

If I had to describe THE Cheshire Cheese in two words I would use: Cheshire.... and Cheese.That is simply because there is nothing else like it. Quintessentially a pub, the place will not disappoint anyone who wants a non-pretentious and cozy place to imbibe. The staff is beyond friendly and, most importantly, the bartenders actually make an effort to serve you even when the place is full.

Kind staff and we came in from the windy cold and immediately the gal made us feel welcome. We had all the good drinks. We came in early so we had the place to ourselves! Nice atmosphere, a lot of character, and fun things to look at. They also had a great playlist of music going on. It would be fun to karaoke.

A lovely hideaway nestled in a backstreet to the south of Fleet Street. Spitfire available both in keg form as a light smooth lager and in the cask for real ale enthusiasts. Fast efficient service in a dark wood clad bar, both warm and cosy. It would benefit from the presence of the odd highwayman or pirate to recount their adventures an brushes with the law. A thoroughly good pub to visit while exploring this history rich part of London. Do visit and enjoy!

Spectacular pub! Proper traditional venue! Brilliant service, great wines, great food - everything you would expect for a night out in London. Our favourite place for a company event!
