Just brought a pool table off this fella. He is very easy to talk too. I emailed him and always had a very quick reply. Very nicely priced pool tables with some very nice tables for your home. Would highly recommend this company.

We're very pleased with our refurbished pool table. It's as good as new and we were able to spec a high quality orange cloth to match our company branding. It's far better than what you'd get spending the same money on a new table. The Kingswood staff were very great on delivery and spent time making sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommended.

I ordered a reconditioned 7ft pool table which was supplied and delivered, set up with a set of balls , cues and chalk for £750!No problems and a courteous service

Bought a refurbished Pool Table and was a great company to deal with. Item was delivered when promised, communication was excellent, called 1/2 hour before delivery and very professionally put in place and levelled. Table was excellent, just a few marks as expected on a re-conditioned table and plays perfectly. Would highly recommend.

We purchased the 7ft Aspen pool dining table late 2016. £2,100 for the table and we added the two benches for £400 (I believe the price has since gone up). Finished in white, it’s a very attractive table and easily fits 8 adults around it with room to spare. Furthermore, the playing surface is very good for a decent game of pool, although the marked lines were pretty much non existent.Despite being made predominantly from MDF, it appears to be built quite well. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the benches. At £200 per bench you would expect something of a higher quality than some MDF screwed together. Upon first use, literally one adult weighing 10 stone sat on it. After a short creak the whole thing snapped causing injury to the person and damage to the laminate flooring in the house. Upon inspection, the second bench was also made to the same shoddy level, with cracks already showing despite not being used yet. One normal sized person attempted to sit and on it and it started to give way. Incredible! When I studied the construction of the benches I couldn’t believe how dreadful they were. What on earth sort of quality control is used by Kingswood!?I called the company who were quick to apologise and refund the benches together with a small compensation offer, although I had to request/demand this. The compensation didn’t cover the cost of the damage to the brand new laminate flooring in the house but did cover the fuel costs for the injured party’s trips to the doctor for her injuries. I sent pictures of the benches and damage as requested which they thanked me for and that they will investigate what actually happened. Apparently they had sold 80 of these benches without issue! I never heard the outcome of the investigation.I was told by the company that they would come and collect both of the benches and would contact me with a date. I never heard from them again.I have since been advised by a solicitor that we had good grounds to take things further.Once the table was up I was told explicitly by the delivery team that if we were to move the table to a new property at any point it would have to be done correctly, so as to avoid damage to the slate. The man told me to call them and they would be able to dissemble and reassemble the table for us at the new property. He said they have done this for other customers including footballers which he was only too pleased to tell me.I contacted the company in January 2018 as we are now indeed moving home, about a 25 minute drive away. On the phone I was told this should be fine and and asked to send an email. I sent the email. After 6 days there was no reply so I sent another email only to be told that they won’t help with the moving of the table but are happy to give us instructions on how to do it.Simply not good enough. If they can’t do it why was I told that they could? There is nothing they can say to defend this.When you spend over £2,000 on a product such as this and when you have received damage to your home due to the awful quality of (some) of the product and injuries received by family members....you would expect a better aftersales service; particularly for a customer who had been so clearly let down already. If it was my company, I would bend over backwards to assist a customer so clearly let down already.In hindsight, I definitely would not use Kingswood. Unfortunately, it's only now I have to say how disappointed I am after being lied to about the assistance with the table. I don't like having to do so because the chap I have liaised with mainly is actually a nice chap. But that's not the point, Kingswood cannot be trusted. I should have used a company that appreciates customers who spend good money on their product, so will definitely be recommending people use other companies for their own purchases.No doubt the owner will respond to this review online to defend themselves publicly. Shame they couldn't have just looked after their customer fully in the first instance.

Although they can only offer the service in the local area, Kingswood moved my pool dining table from my old house into my new house. They kept in regular contact and arrived when promised. They were very professional and took great care with the table. To top it off the price for the service was very fair. Their main trade is reburbished tables for pubs and other businesses but they can supply for homes also and I can honestly say I would recommend them to anyone.
