Have completed a house sale, with Bevirs acting on our behalf, that was complicated but excellently handled. Would thoroughly recommend them. Solicitor and supporting staff were all very helpful, professional but lovely to work with. Subsequently we updated our wills and the advise was great with a thorough but easily understood explanation of the options. Excellent service.

It's my second dealing with Bevirs and it's a second positive one. I recently purchased a house, and I used them. I was very happy with the service. They worked really hard to keep the really tight deadline I gave them. They managed to complete my purchase within 4 weeks. The timescale that no one believed was possible.

Appalling legal support after 34 yrs on property ladder mainly in Surrey failure of Bevirs to evidence bibby mortgage arrears of 2 1/2 yrs conveyencer fraud found by Fred Tucker broker fraud as he got me down as Software manager 5 days after I moved in maxed out to hide his Mental illness on 2 properties choked down toilet type 2 diabetic alcohol Philip Antony Bibby hacker of Hungerford Hungerford Fred Tucker said trapping case his so called IT business was a disaster front for his criminal activities. Stuart McNeil failed to oversee case as Fred Tucker was semi retired a legal requirement Also lost 10 yrs credit card statements proving I was in house 4 weeks when deeds were signed backhander on house according to Fred Tucker private sale of £204,000 I was threatened seen nothing since 4 weeks after I moved in I'm no software manager earning £50,000 + £15,000 on commission registered at his flat CCTVwhen I had a perfect home life Friends family in Surrey land of money so called investment property choked in his debts £140,000 I paid deposit £44,000 always promised back to me. He was to pay mortgage council tax he paid with stolen money thrsathrea 4 weeks after I moved given one chase to return money he did not Frank George withheld ID fraud in court lied to criminal judge Stuart McNeil restricted my appeal awarded by criminal judge how corrupt is that ! I paid for my appeal £10,000 as case going to the High Court via my semi retired criminal solicitor Fred tucker and my brother paid the interest on lime fiance loan and met my criminal solicitor Fred tucker. Philip Antony Bibby poses as IT consultant with so called data protection he was getting 2 amounts to his 2 HSBC accounts by the corrupt conveyancer Corrina denness of dickins hopgood and chigley hungerford Berkshire that why Fred evidence negligence by Dickins hopgood and chigley hungerford ,00Berkshire and fat illegal broker Ian white of private and commercial Hampstead Marshall Newbury Berkshire forged wage slips for me and Bibby. I not registered as living at equity house in Berkshire and neither on my own Surrey home as for Denness choking£128,000 on my home day before deed's were signed in a threatening way by Fred tucker no evidence of this in court . Berkshire equity house choked by denness £142,000 ,+ 2 amounts to his 2 HSBC accounts by denness £65,000 found by Fred and £63,166.42 found by Fred tucker only second figure mentioned in court Andrew Grimes went sick of pump chamber Swindon Wiltshire who at £500 HR not worth it. He one who wanted handwriting experts on my case x 3. Fred tried to get the police and chief commissioner of Berkshire and CID DC k white at Newbury police station to pick up my case as timeline of fraud sent nothing. Would not recommend the above to anyone

I've little experience with dealing with solicitors but this wan't a positive experience. Bevirs were appointed to sell a property & I found their customer services poor throughout the whole process. On receiving a quote I specifically asked if there would be any further costs, to which I was told no. Within weeks I was asked to write a cheque for a sum that wasn't included in the quote and some weeks later again Bevirs asked me to pay the property management company £240 - which again had never been highlighted. I found the progress of the sale slow (IMHO the management company could have been directed to provide the Homebuyers pack weeks before they were & in fact the lateness of the pack caused considerable concern, probably to the buyer as well as me). Furthermore the service was just generally unhelpful & communication hit or miss. On the plus side a locum (standing in for the regular solicitor) did take time to explain the selling/purchasing process & how problems encountered could be resolved, also at the end of the whole process all documents I'd provided were returned safe & sound.

Kim is simply the best! She is so well organised, communicative and just fantastic! We would never have never completed on our house purchase (within 6 weeks from offer!) without her - she was just brilliant and so great at keeping me in the loop at all times as to what was happening. Amazing!

I've read a number of reviews praising David Neve for his service at RWB office. I'm unable to verify this as he's never phoned me back. On three separate occasions I got his voicemail and left a full message. On each occasion a secretary phoned back asking me 'how can I help you'. She had absolutely no idea what my call related to. Only had my name and number. Had to go through it again. Clearly not listened to my original message or the details not passed to her. Not much to be proud of here.

Acted for me in buying my place.I used Kim Thurston and I would certainly recommend her.She is thorough and efficient, I might even say picky and fault finding but I think that is good when you're going to spend a lot of money.Communication was excellent and Kim and her team were supportive. The process was much less stressful than previous moves I have made and this was, in part, due to the team at Bevirs.I feel I dropped lucky in getting Kim as my lead.Thank you Kim.

Seemingly unwilling to arrange an appointment to discuss a Transfer of Title after being specifically asked for an appointment. Not a way to treat a long standing client who over many years has had excellent advice from other professionals in the practice.

Terrible attitude! Rude! Very unhelpfulAll the lady was interested in was how much it was going to cost . If i couldnt afford a solicitor i certainly wouldnt be going to one . However a lovely company in swindon resolved my issue within 24hrs .
