I came in today for a travel clinic appointment and Abdul was really thorough and helped me to consider which travel vaccines I should be getting for my trip to Asia. Really pleased with the advice consultation, the time and care taken, and the administering of the vaccine was great too, thank you Cocker Pharmacy 10/10 for service!

Worst customer service ever...better not to go there. Went to get my wife's blood pressure checked after ringing and making sure they can do it- made us wait without any reason , not a single customer and when asked if its going to be long , ill mannered and rude reply. Will definitely be complaining

Fed up of having to chase them for our medication delivery, just gone to get a new pack of pills from my delivery to find there's a full month of bp pills missing, it's Saturday night, so having to call 111 to see if there's anything can be done ... Worst chemist ever , will be switching very soon

I switched to Cocker's as I was unhappy with my previous pharmacy as there was often an excessive delay for my prescribed meds despite the number of phone calls I had to make chasing them up. The difference with Cocker’s has been astounding! Abbas, the pharmacist, has always gone the extra mile to ensure my meds arrive super fast. Even though I am able to collect them myself, he has always insisted on having them delivered to my door because Cocker’s isn’t my local chemist. Thanks so much, Cocker’s!
