Had a fairly urgent problem with front door deadlock. Initial call made at 4.40pm Thursday. Technician arrived 9.30 next morning (as scheduled) fitted new quality lock in 30 minutes. Efficient polite and friendly.

Turned up same day, work completed within the hour and the door was fixed with an upgraded lock

Billy was very professional and we worked together as a long screw was holding the latch. I got it out with my largest screw driver and Billy then carried on. So we worked well as a team. I was able to open the lock by moving it back and forth with hardly any friction taking at least 1/2 hr before Billy arrived. Saving lots of time. Also I removed the 4 screws holding the lock. Again to save time. Billy opened the lock and found the problem was a broken spring. So the new lock was fitted and with some adjustments it worked perfectly. I thanked Billy for his good work.
