We had an appointment but got very delayed, and still, staff waited for us even though it overrun the office hours. They were really helpful and polite. Great service. They even handed out sweeties to my kids to occupy them. We are really grateful for their help and patience throughout.

Strongly recommend going to the consulate for any issues as they sort out everything so fast, treat you like family with the reassurance. My issue was sorted out so fast. So proud to be pakistani with these type of people to support you through these problems. Mr Shabbir Ahmed and his team are truly a credit and i would always recommend them over any third party.

Came here without appointment to get passports renewed in an emergency for Hajj application. The staff were welcoming and accommodated me and was able to apply at the same day.I was very happy with the service I received. I wish all the best to all the staff working at the Counsulate. All the best.
