Thanks for making our end of life journey with LouLou (poodle) so much easier. A very difficult and emotional time for the family as we said goodbye to our special little doggy

We lost our beloved Dog Kira on 15/03/2023 she was a loyal, loving, and very caring dog. We had 13 great years together and every minute we will treasure.Our vets dealt with everything and contacted treasured friends who looked after her on her passing and we had her cremated. We received a loverly wooden Casket with her ashes in and is now back home. Thank you Treasured Friends.

I can't recommend the place enough, they were super helpful from beginning to end and so empathetic, professional and timely. We were received by the lady in reception and she was super friendly and understanding and was very accommodating with my other pup who came with us to pick up the ashes of my doggie who crossed the rainbow bridge. She did all the best for us to have prints of the paws of my doggie as we wanted to get tattoos done as a remembrance and she saved hair clippings as well for us. It was very hard for us to assimilate the loss of our pup and they were so respectful about her that couldn't have made this transition any better as they were perfect. And they also make beautiful jewelry and art with ashes that are beautiful. Thank you so much for all your help, I will be grateful forever!

Thank you to Treasured friends and the lovely staff in what was a very sad time. They took care of my beautiful Horus last year when the time came and made the process go as smoothly as possible, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else❤️

My 17yr old female Jack Russell Tink was put to sleep at home on Sunday morning, I rang Treasured Friends to ask ( through loads of tears) if I was able to bring my precious girl over to them when it was all over, the lady on the phone was so understanding and so nice and it was arranged for just before lunch. When I arrived I was encouraged to spend as long as I needed before handing Tink over. The ashes were ready for me to pick up the next day, I had her put in the back of a photo frame just like Gizmo who died 9 months before just short of 17, now they are back together. The whole experience of Treasured Friends was filled with compassion and kindness and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended them to any who suffers the loss of a much loved pet.

We were met with such kindness from the very start the lady on the phone could not have been more kind.Panther our cat was treated so well on his last journey he is now home sitting in his favourite spot.Thank you so much .

From the time I spoke to Linda our mind's were made up , Ginger was going to be placed in treasured friends care, we have not been disappointed , everyone that I have been in contact with have been extremely caring and compassionate.Ginger was sent on his way with dignity and care and returned home the very next day ....if I could give 10 stars I would ...Susan and Harrison
