Every effort has been made to be flexible with times of visits to best fit in with our mother's routines -and adapting at short notice to changes in circumstances. Excellent communication between carer, client and her children. Knowledgeable and experienced carer. Zoe and her team have been looking after my 94 year old Mother for the last four or five months. They are both helpful and thoughtful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Zoe and her team are amazing , as a family we cant thank you all enough for what you did for our Queen. Nothing was to ever to much trouble, on the days she was not feeling to good you would spend extra time with her and cheer her up , the times she wasn't eating you would sit with her and give her the encouragement she sometimes needed. She was always treated with the dignity and respect that she deserves. She was able to stay in her own home for that while longer and that is all thanks to these ladies.
