Richard & Harry are a great team. They are professional, tidy and very helpful when our fireplace presented a few challenges. The finished work is perfect. I would recommend them highly. Nothing is too much trouble.

We had a fireplace installed last week and couldn't be happier. They did a brilliant job and took the extra steps to make sure it looked perfect.We had other quotes which would have been just shoving it in and leaving us to make it look tidy but Firecrest did much more and left us with a superb installation at the same price.They also dealt with a billion questions from my 3 year old hahaTop guys, great service.

Excellent service a really knowledgeable team who carried out a very professional installation of a charnwood logburner in our living room, leaving the fireplace and surrounding area, if anything, cleaner than when they arrived.

Richard and Adam did a great job. They discovered a huge old fireplace behind our wall which involved removing 60 sacks of rubble. They discussed with us all the options at every stage of the job. We're really please with the result. Oh yes, and they're really nice people too.
