Tha Radiator Shed would be 6 stars if an extra star were available!Russ in the showroom was superb helping us choose the right products for our kitchen project- from materials to colours with a friendly demeanour.Drew the fitter was as equally professional and knowledgeable in terms of the install. He was very knowledgeable and was able to remedy unforeseen plumbing issues on the spot. Excellent.We highly recommend team at The Radiator Shed. Thanks guys.

Fantastic level of service from Russ , he really knows his stuff and is most helpful especially if like me you needed help with size choice for required room temperature etc . He certainly went the extra mile and was very polite , professional and a pleasure to do business with.I bought cast radiators and certainly no complaints with the products , excellent quality and very well made and even available coloured !! And Russ certainly had a good range of colours available , far too many to list . My order arrived on time , well packaged and was in perfect condition . I thoroughly recommend Russ and the Radiator Shed. The service has been excellent, he spent time understanding what we needed, including coming to look at the rooms. All our queries have been answered promptly. The choice of radiator colours is huge. We are now much warmer and kitchen and bathrooms look great with our beautiful new radiators.

Excellent service by Russ who was friendly, knowledgeable and polite (and patient, needs to be with me) . We visited to enquire about aluminium radiators to replace 3 of our old ones, Russ told us all about them and also told us how we could make our current heating work more effectively. We arranged for him to come and measure up the same day, he turned up at exactly the time he said he would. Russ measured all the rooms to see what size radiator we would need to get the heat we’d need for those rooms, he also explained what work would need to be done whilst fitting them. Russ emailed our quote the same day. Cannot fault the customer service that we received from him.

We have used The Radiator Shed twice now to buy multiple radiators for throughout the house, and on each occasion, the customer service has been fantastic. Russ in the showroom is incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable - nothing is too much bother! The radiators themselves are good quality and look brilliant.
