So chuffed with the Christmas tree we purchased online. The tree is in perfect condition and amazing value for money, will not buy from big chain companies again! Great service from start to finish and helpful when contacted via phone.

Visited this place today with the family for the first time, was really nicely set out, I couldnt find the tree I wanted so they took us all on a journey through the woods to another plantation. The guys dealing with us was 10/10! He helped us find the perfect tree and educated us all about place and how they are looked after. Perfect customer service and will clearly be going back here every year.

Cannot recommend J.West Christmas Tree Suppliers more! The quality is outstanding. So lush and fresh. We usually purchase ours 2nd or 3rd of December and by the time we take it down on 3rd January it has so much life still left (which is sad). No drooping and the pines stay on well (until you take it down obviously). We won’t go anywhere else.Plus pricing is soooo reasonable and the team are fantastic and friendly. They also have a grate range of sizes and bushiness. Truly fantastic.

Had a lovely visit today. Really friendly staff who were so polite. The beautiful strawberries we bought were an unexpected bonus - all eaten within an hour of arriving home! Great range of plants, all super healthy and very reasonably priced. Lots of interesting gardening bits to buy in the shop. Thoroughly recommended. We will be visiting again soon and definitely going back for our Christmas tree this year. A great find!

We visited here after reading the reviews and 2 friends recommending this place. We arrived early on sunday morning and was greeted very quickly and told where the trees were and that there would be more staff to assist us when looking at the trees. We recieved some advise on caring for our tree ( our first real Christmas tree) and they carried the tree to the car. All in all, a great experience and some good old fashioned customer service. We will be back next year.
