Adam was class, rang him as we had an issue with our washer/drier and he was round within 20 mins!Professional, knowledgeable and friendly, it took Adam 2 mins to find the issue and sort.Top class would recommend Adam’s services to everyone.

I messaged Adam on the Sunday morning, not expecting a reply until Monday and possibly an appointment until midweek. However, he replied on the Sunday and was able to come out Monday morning. He explained the issue, and didn't recommend fitting expenses parts. I would highly recommend ARL, trustworthy, profession company and I will be using them again

He was prompt, arrived at the time agreed, diagnosed the issue quickly, fetched the new part and fitted it all within a couple of hours. The price was reasonable too.
