Vets2Home - Peaceful Pet Goodbyes (7days/week 9am-9pm)

We are grateful for Vet2Home for allowing us to grieve and say goodbye in our own home. Dr Emma was incredibly warm, compassionate and professional. We felt that Duffy and our family were looked after and cared for during a terribly sad time.

Amazing service received from Vets2Home, they were empathetic and understanding. I had booked in August and then cancelled as wanted to try new meds to see if we had a bit longer. Our beautiful girl made it to the end of November. I even altered things up to the day before changing it to us taking her on her final journey to the pet crematorium and they were so caring and patient. Thank you so much Dr Jo, I don’t know how you do what to do but you were so respectful and kind.

My beautiful JRT Daisy had suffered with Spondylosis in her neck for a number of months but accupuncture was keeping it manageable until early Friday morning when she was, very suddenly, obviously very distressed and barely able to move. I arranged an appointment with my vet for 2:15pm but during the course of the morning, with Daisy deteriorating quickly, it became apparent it would be a one way visit. Having used Vets2Home previously, I didn't hesitate to call. I made the initial call at just before miday and the wonderful Dr Jo was at my house by 4:45pm. Daisy had a very peaceful, dignified, pain free passing. She didn't have to be moved from her favourite place on the sofa where she had spent the afternoon and was surrounded by the people she loved most in the world. There was no rushing anything and he carefully explained exactly what would be happening and what we could expect. Dr Jo made what was a very traumatic time manageable and for that, I will be forever grateful. Thank you Dr Jo

There are not enough words in the dictionary to accurately describe the incredible service vets 2 home provide. From the initial point of contact, the many questions we had, and the end of life experience itself.....we could not have asked for any better way for our boy to go, in his mums arms, at home. This process enabled us to be sure our boy was calm and comfortable and had no idea what was going on. Dr Jo was very caring and compassionate and was happy to talk us through each step as we'd not been through this before. We can't recommend this service enough.

Ashi (our cat) had been struggling for a while and once we contacted Vets2Home we felt we had someone to talk to who understood the situation. Dr Emma, who visited, was wonderful and she made saying goodbye to Ashi at home a very peaceful experience - perfect.

We contacted Vets 2 Home when our lovely Golden Labrador Saffie began struggling with her old age. From first contact everyone we spoke to was caring and helpful returning calls at all time of day and helping make the process smooth and dignified.The grief is extremely difficult but we wanted to say a massive thank you to Emma who visited our house and helped us through the process. She was caring, kind and compassionate and we can’t fault her whatsoever. She gave us plenty of time to say our goodbyes, looked after Saffie and even sent a handwritten card with her apologies and sympathies.We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Vets 2 Home as they have been fantastic and made an extremely difficult time a lot more bearable.Thank you for all you’ve done.

Dr Suzen made us and our lovely Maisie feel so at ease, she was gentle, kind, compassionate and empathetic, it showed she is a true animal lover, our Maisie was struggling with all the ailments of old age and went peacefully in our arms . On Friday night we said goodbye to our beautiful little beagle after nearly 15 years. Yes, it's pricey. But truthfully worth every penny. The lady who came to our house was completely lovely, didn't rush anything and was simply perfect. I held our dog the whole time, she was in the home she's always known and with her family who love her so so much. There were so many tears but it truly eas the most beautiful 2 hours. Bella had been so unwell, from seeing her fade away to nothing and being in too much pain to sleep, she was just so peaceful and comfortable. I'd recommend this service to absolutely anyone. Nobody wants to say goodbye, but when the time comes, this is the way to do it. I'm forever grateful...The hugs we revieved from the lady before she left were overwhelmingly sincerely. Truly, just as perfect as a horrible situation could be.Eternally grateful.
