Great location and the time of sessions makes doing this before work easy. Really enjoyed the laid back approach and relaxed atmosphere.

Joined Hotpod yoga for more than a year now - in London first and now in Chelmsford. The teachers are all super qualified and help you improve constantly! Love Emma’s classes on Friday - always make me feel better about myself and help improving my yoga skills!

I had tried Yoga via Zoom a couple of times before my first session here at home and it definitely doesn't compare to the level of immersion you get with a Hotpod class. The heat can only be described as walking out of an aeroplane when you go on holiday - just permanently - and the essential oil diffuser is divine!The class itself, 'Nurturing Flow' with Sarita, was perfect for someone like me with limited ability and flexibility as it wasn't fast-paced, you were open to explore poses that were right for you and the poses were deep and focused. I look forward to the 'Hotpod Flow' once I've gained a bit more confidence!If you choose a membership option, classes can be as low as £8 each which is fantastic and most certainly competitive, especially with the level of teaching, atmosphere and facilities on offer (changing rooms, showers, water source etc)Thank you Hotpod Yoga for a fabulous introduction and I'll be coming along at least once a week for some regeneration and mindfulness, which we all deserve!

Great atmosphere with awesome instructors. I have given up my gym membership as this is both a work out and a way to decompress after a day a work

Amazing! Such a good flow to the class that isn’t too complicated so you can really get in the zone. Hot but totally manageable!

It’s great to clear your mind, connect with yourself and gives you a great workout in the process.The instructors deserve a special mention for conducting such high quality classes.
