I have personally introduced some families that had a need for a home carer. Aum Group did not disappoint and these families are still in use of their services for past 2 or so years. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service

Live - in Carers Nikunj & Virali are really taking good care of my parents. They take my mum to do activities like visiting the temple, walking, playing games etc. I would highly recommend Aum care for looking after our parents needs.

We have been using AUM Care Group since February 2023 and Jyoti has been mum's live-in carer since then. Mum has dementia and although she uses a walking stick, her mobility is very poor, easily falls and needs 24 hour care. Jyoti is a lovely young woman, who is kind and patient with mum. Her shift is usually 1 week long, and recently she does this every 2-3 weeks. Although young and not previously experienced with live-in care, after speaking to her and her manager, we agreed to be very clear verbally and in writing, on the requirements needed for mum to be well and safely cared for. Jyoti takes instructions and advice well and does her best to carry out her work.My brother and I are pleased we have Jyoti as ​our mother's carer.

Amazing and excellent service with full fill all requirements
