Annoying I travelled down here after a recommendation. Checked their opening times online and it said open until 1:30 on their door. Arrived at 1:15 and it was shut on a Saturday afternoon.

The special and chips here is the best fish n chips by miles and I've been to chippies all over the country. I always buy a few fish cakes to take back home to warrington too. Cheers Andy

Very clean chippy with friendly and welcoming staff. All food was cooked fresh and tasted brilliant. Good portion size and great tasting fish.Family of four fed for £18 with two fish & chips, two kids meals.Nice atmosphere between customers and staff! One customer brought the owner some scones as a gift, sparking a light debate on “scon” or “scone”.Does Clayton proud.

The past few times I've had fish and chips from here,the fish has been small and the chip portion was very small as well even though I asked for a large portion.The lady behind the counter also didn't give me the correct order.

Always top quality fish.. crispy batter and tasty chips. There's often a little wait but that because your order is being cooked fresh. Delicious!

Found this gem of a chippy whilst visiting the area, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, the fish and chips were delicious, chips made from proper potatoes I would highly recommend

Absolutely tremendous service. Couldn’t recommend a better fish and chip shop for any locals. Really got my gears grinding it hit me in places I didn’t think a fish shop could. 10/10 would recommend
