We hired the brand new majestic 17 plate Motorhome for Glastonbury and we couldn't have asked for a better service. We picked up the van in ammaculate condition and received a full walk through of all its features. The van was perfect for 4 people and had all the home comforts we needed as 30 year olds attending a festival!! The cruise control was a god send for the long journey and the vehicle was really fuel efficient (£80 rochdale-glasto and back)! Darrell was always on the end of the phone and replied instantly when we needed him. I would fully recommed anyone needing a campervan for any occasion. Thanks for making our Glastonbury experience complete, with a touch of luxury!! The whole process from beginning to end was seamless and Darrell is a great guy!

Life's an Adventure - it really is! If you're looking for motorhome hire with exceptional customer service then look no further. Dealing with Darrel has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish, both via email and in person. We collected a freshly washed and immaculately presented motorhome with a full tank of diesel all ready to hit the road, Darrel works his way around explaining all you'll need to know to make the most of your trip. You'll want for nothing once inside either, fully stocked with everything from pots and pans to a torch and first aid kit, there's even handy pre-drive checklists if you're new to the game, but should you need any assistance Darrel offers a 24-hour helpline! Thankfully we didn't need any help, everything functioned faultlessly for the entirety of our 8 night - 1500 mile road trip around the beautiful Scottish Highlands and Isle of Skye. We hired the Mileo motorhome which afforded us a very comfortable way to not only travel, but wash, cook, relax and sleep too. It carries enough water and has enough power to sustain off-grid living for a few nights at a time, we used the odd campsite along the way to refill and empty tanks but otherwise chose to spend nights in some incredible and secluded locations. The only negative of this trip was that we had to hand back the keys at the end!

Very positive experience with Life's an Adventure. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and only a couple of months old motorhome. Fantastic introduction to this type of holiday. We did the North Coast 500 and it was one of the best holidays we've ever had. Great service and communication. Attention to detail, thoughtful and definitely recommended.

Me and a friend hired the Benimar to take to the Belgium grand prix over the August bank holiday weekend. When we went to pick up the motorhome Darrel explained everything we needed to know about the motorhome in detail. And also explained that he was contactable 24/7 should we have any problems.We left our car at the Rochdale pickup point which is monitored by several cctv cameras.The motorhome was a brand new 2017 model and in immaculate condition. Everything we needed was provided. Including a full European driving kit containing high vis vests, breathalyser etc which are needed for driving in France. Even washing up liquid, hand wash, torches and bin bags were provided! Plus too many other things to list.Darrel also sourced us a European electrical hook up adapter when we informed him a few weeks before that we needed one.The motorhome drives beautifully. The cruise control was a godsend when driving in Europe too. Made it a lot easier to keep to the kph speed limits. Sat nav had full Europe maps as well. We averaged about 26mpg, which is not too shabby for a vehicle that weighs nearly 3.5 tons fully loadedThe hot water, fridge and hob can run off either gas or electricity. So even if you are not staying somewhere with electric hook up you can still live comfortably. Lights and fans can also run off battery which is charged by a solar panel. The only thing that needs electric hook up to work are the sockets and the microwave.2 gas cylinders were provided but we didn't even get through 1.I honestly cannot think of any negative things to say about Darrel and his family's fledgling company. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. And because of that we had a fantastic trip.Just to top it off. When we returned the motorhome Darrel had even had our car washed and waxed free of charge because we may not have got the result we wanted in the grand prix! If that's not a perfect example of how good this company is then I don't know what is!I would highly reccommend Lifes An Adventure to anyone. We were so lucky to find them and book with them.I wish Darrel and family all the best with this new business. I have no doubt that the business will grow from strength to strength if all customers have the same experience as we did.

Our whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was very good from beginning to end. The pick up arrangements worked perfectly. Documentation was comprehensive, clear and concise. Darrel was friendly and polite and - although the motorhome was almost brand new - he had taken the time to get to know everything about it and explained it all to us extremely clearly. There was literally nothing that had not been thought about and the preparation of the motorhome was faultless. We really enjoyed our holiday as a result. Again, the return arrangements - including return of our deposit - were just as efficient as at collection. All in all the whole trip was exactly as we would have wished and we have no hesitation in recommending Life's an Adventure to anyone interested in hiring a motorhome. R & J

Hired a Motor Home for 3 days for four of us to drive down south for a OCR event taking place.Brilliant service from start to finish. Darrell took the time to explain everything about Motor Homes (I've never been in one before!!). Explained what to do, how to drive it, park it and all of the features available in the unit.Friendly and approachable, and also, by far - the cheapest I could find for a Motor Home.Always answered my many calls (sorry about that Darrell) if I wasn't sure on how to use something in the Home.Would defo use Life's an Adventure again as it was by far the most approachable and willing to help / advise.Thank you.
