Failed my MOT and said i needed a new catalytic converter, wanted the money for it up front plus labour all up front - i went to him twice and failed both times, today i took my car to a different service centre and passed my MOT with flying colours, they said nothing is wrong with my car, emissons is absolutely fine and my catalytic converter is like new - very clearly tried to scam me out of nearly over a thousand pound.

Took it into a MOT. Said it would be an hour. Took 1h30. Wasn’t told why they kept me waiting. No apologies. Left the van running for 1h30 mins. Would never use again.

Nice chap that runs the business on his own and was very quick and courteous, couldn't help feeling that he would need help in a business that offers a lot, reasonably or should I say competitively priced, I'd recommend paying them a visit for anything from tyres,mechanical repairs, servicing and MOTs, generally anything automotive
