We have had our log burning fire fitted this week and are absolutely thrilled with it. Could not fault Lee and Matt who both worked as a superb team to come and fit the whole system within the day. Quality workmanship led to a quality job, leaving are home tidy and immaculatly clean on completion. We would highly recommend them for any fire installation. Can't thank you enough guys. Also thank you to Dawn for keeping us informed along the way with helpful information about fitting dates and times. Overall great team HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Fantastic professional experience and service from start to finish from both back office to the installers themselves. We are so pleased with our log burner install. We had our fireplace knocked out to be as big as possible, installing a log burner in replacement of the current coal fire and fireplace. The work was completed in just two days which was incredible! It's a very messy job but they managed to keep the dust as enclosed as possible. They also accommodated and kept us in the loop with the progress as they carried out the works so we could add our opinions and preferences. For example we had some flagstones left over from our kitchen of which they used for the fireplace hearth, a great idea which we hadn't really considered originally.

From the start the service I received from Cheshire Stoves and Fires was spot on. The initial survey visit was done quickly and I was impressed with the knowledge and information given to me during this visit.My quote came through very quickly offering multiple options for my budget. I had some outrageous quotes and some quotes that seemed impossible (and likely poor quality) from other companies but I decided on Cheshire Stoves and Fires as they seemed the fairest price after seeking advice elsewhere.Communication throughout, from quote to installation and even after care has been brilliant, never waiting more than a day for an answer to something and often within an hour or two.The installation was brilliant. They covered the place with dust sheets and helped me some stuff out of the way. I left them to it for the day and came back to a completed fire place and a clean house. I was promptly sent a video instruction on the ideal lighting procedure.I’d 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a wood stove installed.

Excellent from start to finish, found plenty of prices elsewhere that were cheaper but Lee sold me on Cheshire Fires. Absolute professional from start to finish explained every part of the installation (others had simply glossed over the process) giving us the upmost faith in them, after all you are putting fire inside your house!The fire has been faultless since day one and the heating was barely on last year. Will be booking them straight in when we move.

From the initial quote through to the final fitting Lee, Dawn and Matthew have been brilliant. We couldn't be happier with our freestanding stove installation. Lee managed to fit our stove without causing any damage to our our existing decor and he and Matthew were meticulously clean and tidy leaving our room in great condition. Thanks to Cheshire stoves and fires for a very thorough and professional job. From the survey, to the admin and communication and the amazing stoves, surrounds, hearths we had fitted. The team were very clean and self sufficient when working. Everything was organised including sweeping, cherry picker, skips, gas fitter and plasterer. We are so pleased with the end result. Two rooms were totally transformed in two days. No complaints whatsoever from us. Worth waiting for as I know they are very busy.

Cheshire Stoves and Fires did a wonderful job installing our new dual fuel burner and surround and we are delighted with the tiling completed by Scott. We received a quote in March, with the earliest availability being late October, and it was worth the wait. Communication from Dawn was always prompt and friendly, and Lee and Matthew were very professional, despite being interrupted by our excitable dog! The team were recommended by 2 of my friends and I would pass on the recommendation without hesitation.
