Very efficient, Explained treatment.Lovely staff.

What a super hospital, it's really clean and airy with excellent staff. There are a full range of medical services available including high tech.The staff are all well trained, knowledgeable and professional.The carparking is good in the morning but does get difficult in the PM.There's a large pleasant café at the front entrance which is good but a touch expensive.There are some stained glass windows internally which are interesting.It's a really good and helpful hospital with a full range of facilities available.

Not good .Found out 18 months later,after 24/7 servers pain there is a problem.And now still have to wait for treatment.phoned orthopedics yesterday left message and NO call back.A&E told me not to keep coming back.What.are you suppose to do?DIE.

Cannot believe the car park costs. Would expect with the rates charged that the hospital would have world class services and equipment but unfortunately not. Makes you wonder who is raking in all the cash. To put into context I pay less when I take my daughter to Great Ormond Street and that's Central London. It's a disgrace they charge the sick and those visiting so much.

You have to appreciate the Nurses, Doctors Healthcare Assistants jut to mention a few roles, yes I was there a considerable time, but take the time and watch to staff, listen to them talk, listen to how patients talk to them. You will realise the staff are optimising their time effectively to effectively move us patients along. Yes things could be better but it takes special people and the management team to lead rather than manage. Please take the team to staff watch and appreciate what you see. Thanks to Stuart, Luke, Theresa, Livi, Tash, Yessie.Not to mention the car park guys who thought I had parked to drop off some walking aids, and were going to write off the parking.You can grumble at the parking but I e not been to a hospital yet with free parking.

Despite hearing many negative comments over the years, the treatment I've received at the Herefordshire County Hospital has always been of the highest order. The doctors and nursing staff are excellent: their friendly and approachable nature in no way detracts from the prompt and highly professional care they provide.The reason I have not given a 5 star rating is entirely down to the lack of care given to the cleanliness of the ward, and because the quality of the meals provided has declined considerably over the years.

Even though I was in for an operation, I really enjoyed my time here, the staff were amazing, really kept your moral up, were really helpful, highly recommend.

I arrived early for my appointment receptionist was welcoming. I'd hardly been sat down and was called for my MRI scan. The nurse that took me to the unit was friendly and chatty. We had a laugh which was welcomed. Met a lovely nurse who was very welcoming asked lots of questions explained everything thoroughly. She put me at ease ensuring throughout 8 was fine with everything. The scan seemed to go very quickly. The nurse didn't rush me before or afterwards. I couldn't have asked for more.
