Absolutely fantastic day!!! Would definitely recommend it!!! Jamal is very knowledgeable and helpful offering advice during the different aspects of the practical. Mum and I had a great time and love the pieces we got the make!

Loved my two day course making a small stained glass panel. Jamal is so knowledgeable and it was interesting hearing about the history element of the craft as well as the technical parts. I will certainly look at stained glass creations in a new light (!) now - unbelievable skill and patience required. So pleased with my finished piece too - mine on the left, my friend's on the right.

Thank you Jamal, for an amazing day on the leading workshop. Jamal is a brilliant tutor, he so talented and passionate about his craft. He creates a relaxed atmosphere, is very supportive and gives plenty of guidance and support. It was so interesting also to learn about the history of stained glass and Jamal's own personal journey.I would highly recommend this course for anyone no matter what ability, I will definitely be going back again I thoroughly enjoyed the day.

My daughter booked us both on the one day stained glass workshop for my 60th birthday. We had a wonderful day. Jamal gave a very interesting description of his work and the art of stained glass. We then made a stained glass suncatcher each with help from Jamal. He explained all the steps clearly and guided us with great patience, helping us when we needed extra assistance. There were three of us on the course and we all managed to make very attractive sun catchers. I was delighted, as in addition to having a very enjoyable time with my daughter, I also have a beautiful sun catcher as a keepsake to remind me of a very happy birthday.

Jamal's 1 day Stained Glass and Leading course was absolutely fantastic. I've always had an interest in stained glass. It was a really informative course and I found it incredibly interesting. Jamal is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I was part of a course with two other people. The practical elements of the course were great. I learned all of the steps involved in producing a piece of stained glass and had a lovely little product I'd made over the course of the day to take home and display.I'd highly recommend the course. A fantastic experience if you have an interest in this area or just want to try something new.

My mum and I did a course with Jamal and had an amazing time! Jamal is a fantastic teacher and such a talented artist. We came away with some lovely stained glass pieces that we can treasure and a real love of the process :-) We would definitely recommend Jamal's classes!

Fabulous one day stained glass leading course with Jamal. He started the workshop by giving us a fascinating brief insight into his background and stained glass. He then explained the various steps involved in creating a stained glass panel after which we chose a design to make for ourselves. Jamal demonstrated each step as we were ready to do it and was always close to hand if help was needed. He is an excellent and enthusiastic teacher and his skill is inspirational. Would love to go back and do some glass painting. I wholeheartedly recommend this course. Thanks so much for a fun day Jamal.

This was a really great course. I did a two day one to one masterclass with Jamal, whose comprehensive knowledge of glass painting and thoughtful teaching style made it a valuable learning experience. His work ranges from traditional, ecclesiastical styles to contemporary secular subjects.Jamal has extensive practice history in the glass painting industry, having worked for Hardman and co, so it was not only a practical course but an opportunity to learn more about the history of stained glass in Britain.
