Moved out of a property run by this company around7 months ago.Initially all was good. Apart from the toilet which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I ended up cleaning chunks of lime scale off of it.Waited 3 months for smoke alarms to be given 45 minutes that they were coming to fit new ones.I had to empty the shed in the garden as was full of old tenants junk.Very very slow to get work done and full of empty promises.The rear fence approximately 7ft fell down and was laying on the garden for around 7 months. After months of complaining nothing got done.Upon moving out they had the cheek to charge me £150 for cutting if the grass. But the fence got fixed for next tenants.Either they just robbed us or they charged us for the new one.Upon moving out and finding my contract there is no mention of keeping grass cut or making sure it is cut before moving out.I agreed to go back and cut it. Upon arrival the landlord had parked a car on it to prevent me from doing so but the drive can hold 3 cars.

I’ve rented from Runnett twice the first property was for 6 years and the current one for 3 years I’ve never had any issues with them everything that needed sorted was sorted immediately really nice people I would highly recommend and if I was looking to rent again I would look with Runnett property as a first agent

Do not let with these cowboys. Awful experience snd my family and I had let with Sure lettings and Clee Tompkinson and Francis with references with no issues but these rude ignorant money grabbers were totally horrid. We rented a house in good faith for two years. We paid on time every time. We had to contact them about the heaters in bathroom and kitchen and boiler breaking down repeatedly. In the end I had British Gas take out previous tenants pay per meter as I was direct debit and paid extra for Boiler cover with a certified engineer and peace of mind.The plumber Troy they repeatedly sent to fix boiler was unreliable turned unannounced regardless of our work commitments and disappeared during jobs to get parts and routinely rude I made it plain with a child in my house he was not welcome. Eventually with no warning we were given notice to leave. A letter sent out. We moved out with great personal circumstances of my father falling dangerously ill passing away unexpectedly in a hospital many miles and miles away the day we moved made it difficult but the Runnets firm primary concern was the house and money. Not yhe tenants who had repainted doors and walls. Even cleaned out and had a chimney sweep for the fire. Annually.They still charged us for bin bags left on public path to be collected per normal by council collection. Disgrace. No other letting agent ever did such a thing

THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGRACEFUL EVICTING DISABLED PENSIONERS JUST FOR HAVING THEIR SON AT THE HOUSE THEN BROKE INTO MY MOTHERS HOME AND CHANGED THE LOCKS EVEN THO A COURT ORDER STATED THEY HAD NO RIGHT TO DO SO AVOID THESE PEOPLE TRUST ME YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT REGARDLESS AND THEY NEVER EVER MAINTAIN PROPERTY'S UNLESS THEY USE DODGY TRADES MEN

Never rent of them. When u leave them. Play u about over bond. Unprofessional.. Take forever to fix repairs and no help at all

Really bad experience with runners moving into my property nothing was clean a full black bin of dog waste was outside the front door after a day of the most disgusting smell and being let down by runnets promises I sorted it. It was full of water congeled with the dog waste enough said full of false promises don't believe a word. Couldn't say a good word about them.

Disgusting and awful agency to rent from. There is no communication or care in getting things fixed. It's all false promises and lies. Someone can break into the house and they won't care.

The agency has provided helpful, friendly and expert advice on the preparation of a property for potential letting , as well as helping locate commercial premises for storage. The staff worked hard to identify what was needed and then took considerable time to find appropriate premises and accompanying visits. Recommended.

They rent out houses in very poor condition. Slumlords basically. If you see their sign at a house you like to rent or buy. Just keep walking. They are greed liars who kick people out so they dont have to repair condemned boilers and then rent out the property again but not before bumping up the price up to £500 more. Tells the council the reason why they needed the property back because they sold it. Lies as the register check comes up as the same landlords. Landlord shows up unannounced to check on you constantly. They send threats via Rent Pro when they have been told to contact the council as intermediaries. Even they own contractors hate them. Boiler was condemned by two Separate engineers (even their own). Contractors show up with no notice. When you ring the office they say they forgot to tell you. That if they don't ignore most of the reports. Trying to get our deposit back but they are lying to try and keep it. In a decade of renting with previous letting agents have given our money back with zero disputes. These con artists are trying to claim over the deposit amount. We were told we had a case against them and the landlords and could get most of money paid to them back and more for breaking the tenancy agreement including 2 weeks without heating when we first moved in but we have been told to hold of as some branch is investigating them and it could be the removal of their licenses to rent out anything.

Wildly incompetent. Please do not let from these people! I have had personal experience with just how bad they can be. Woman was very slow at replying to emails. Me and my roommate had all of our information readily available, did everything with efficiency (after looking for a place for a long time you just sort of have this kind of thing locked down). She said we'd passed the credit check, and that we could collect keys on the weekend. Long story short she messed up the credit checks and checked the wrong people and got our hopes up for nothing. Left me homeless for a week, as since I'd been told we could get the keys I had packed up all my stuff and finished renting the place I was at. I had also quit my job and had interviews for Carmarthen as I was living an hour away at the time. Horrific service, truly.EDIT: I see the owners have replied to this review saying they've not had a Celyn Edwards try to rent from them, but I have endless amounts of proof from the email exchanges and the tenancy applications signed by me and my roommate...incompetence strikes again. This review doesn't even contain everything that was wrong with our exchange!
