Sooooo expensive! We were shocked at what poor value everything was. Nothing like it used to be, massive rip off. Waited until we arrived at our destination

Excellent value and loads of gifts to choose from

I was shopping at east midlands duty free shop when my bf was buying parfum( chanel) for his mum and i got some creams and mascara but he asked for voucher of 20% as an english couple who was standing in front of us got one for a parfum below £70 but my parnter was not entitled to it, my question was why? because he has spoken foreign language? We made shopping for £200. The lady (the name of the lady was covered) said that the voucher for the next shopping we can't have as not everybody gets this. Absolutely no respect. Lady was after her 50's short, overweight with glasses. All foreigners watch out, discrimination on the board! Shame to you duty free east midlands to employ employees without any dignity.

Great airport for travel,especially if you want an air bear. We bought one goes everywhere with us,flown 4 tmes now.
